Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Yoga Classes, Aerial Yoga & Class Passes

•All yoga class passes, including Aerial Yoga, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•Once a class pass is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

•Any used or partially used class pass is strictly non-refundable.

•Class passes (including Aerial Yoga passes) cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged, or resold.

•Missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

•Class passes are valid only for the stated duration and will not be extended.

•Drop-in classes (including Aerial Yoga) may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

•Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Spa & Wellness Appointments

•Spa appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

•Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

•Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price adjustment.

Refund Processing

•Eligible refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

•Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

•In the rare event that an appointment or class is cancelled by Loving Earth, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

•Cafe orders placed via WhatsApp or in person are non-refundable once confirmed.
